Delete your account.

You can delete your MagisAI account yourself, from the app or from this website, in under a minute. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you can't sign in, email us and we'll do it for you.

In the MagisAI app

1. Open the side menu and tap your name to open Account.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm with your password, then tap Delete forever.

The app removes your account and clears the conversations saved on that device.

On magisai.com

1. Sign in with the account you want to remove.
2. Open Account and choose Delete account.
3. Confirm with your password — or, if you signed up with Google or Apple, by confirming with that provider.

If you can't sign in

Email support@magiscenter.com from the email address on the account, with the subject line "Delete my MagisAI account". We verify that the request comes from the account holder — or from a parent or guardian, for a child's account — then delete the account within 10 business days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

• Your account record — email address, sign-in credentials, and account identifier — is removed from our authentication system immediately.
• Saved conversations are stored on your device, not on our servers. Deleting from the app clears them; uninstalling the app removes them too.
• Subscriber records held by our subscription processor are deleted when you ask us to — say so in your email. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription: cancel it first in your Google Play or App Store subscriptions, or the store will keep billing you.

What is kept, and for how long

• Questions you asked reach our answer service without your name, email address, or account identifier attached, so they cannot be linked back to you. Operational logs are deleted or de-identified on a rolling basis.
• Transaction references that tax and accounting law require us to keep — never card numbers — are retained for as long as the law requires, then deleted.
• Security logs kept by our service providers expire on their standard schedules.
